Molly Friedrich earned her Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Texas in 1999 and her Real Estate License in 2000.  In 2012, she fulfilled a long term goal of earning her Real Estate Broker License.  Serving as a Realtor Broker Associate, Molly finds great satisfaction in assisting her clients live their dreams.  To better serve her clients, she focuses on continuing education and has earned Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations.  Molly has been recognized with the Prudential Leading Edge Society Award, Multi-Million Dollar Producer Honor Society Award, and Community Service Award.

 

In order to provide the highest level of customer service, Molly joined Horizon Realty in 2004 finding that Horizon was aligned with her core values of customer service, continuing education, and a win-win mentality.  This partnership has allowed creative ways to add value and customize services to suit her clients needs.   Throughout her career, Molly has effectively assisted many first time buyers, move-up clients, corporate relocation clients, new home buyers, and investors to accomplish their real estate goals.

 

Molly and her husband live in Round Rock with their two sons.  She enjoys running, swimming, and helping at her kids schools.  Molly is associated with Bake a Wish which allows her to bake, decorate, donate, and deliver birthday cakes for kids in homes and foster care that would otherwise go without.
